Please contact our customer service team at within 30 days of receipt of the order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you wish to return the merchandise. RMAs are required for all returns. Returned merchandises must be unused, in original condition for refund. Acrylicblank is not responsible for lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
Purchases of protective face shields and sneeze guards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Standard Size Merchandises
To make your shopping experience easy, we have pre-determined “standard” sizes that you can quickly order. However, all of our merchandises are actually cut from full sized acrylic sheets. If the item you wish to return has been cut to a “standard” size, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to certain merchandises. Our customer service team will review your order for potential cost to re-inventory the cut merchandise. If a new order is placed, we can waive the restocking fee.
- Customized Merchandises
Once an item is custom cut, it cannot be returned. There are limited exceptions to this, depending upon the length or size of the product. Please email our customer service team to review your order for potential exceptions. If a return is authorized, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied.
We will always try to avoid assessing this fee and will work with you in all ways possible, but there are times when it is unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
- Incorrect or Damaged Merchandises
Return policy doesn’t apply to any orders that were delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition. Please contact our customer service team at for return and refund.
- Step 1: Email
- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in the package when you ship it back to us.
- Step 3: Ship the item back with delivery confirmation to the return address listed on the RMA.
- Step 4: Email customer service with the tracking number once the item has shipped. As soon as we receive the merchandise back, the warehouse will restock it and a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs
Generally, Acrylicblank is not responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is the result of a production error, we’ll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your return shipping method. Additional delays may occur. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.
For merchandise returned within 60 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 60 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
