Q: How much does it cost to ship?
We offer free shipping for all purchases within 48 contiguous states.
Q: Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders will be cut and shipped from northern California.
Q: How long will delivery take?
Most packages will be mailed via USPS. It typically takes about 2 days for western states and 5-8 days for eastern states.
Q: Can you ship via UPS or Fedex?
Depending on size and weight of the packages, we may use UPS or Fedex Ground for shipping.
Q: How will my material be packaged to protect it during shipment?
We use heavy duty cardboard boxes and flats to ship our products.
Q: Can I cancel my order?

An order can be canceled if we haven’t shipped it yet. We generally ship 2 days after orders have been placed.
A custom order can be canceled within 12 hours after it is placed.
Once a custom order is cut, it cannot be canceled, and our return policy will then apply.
